Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any trip with Miles at Dawn. By making a booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Miles at Dawn ("we", "us", "our") is a travel experiences company based in Ahmedabad, India. We organise group journeys, customised trips, and travel experiences primarily for the 18–35 age group.
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through our website at https://milesatdawn.com, via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking deposit and a written confirmation from Miles at Dawn. Until you receive this confirmation, your booking is not guaranteed.
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.
Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and deposit received.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to milesatdawn@gmail.com. The following cancellation charges apply:

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
If you fail to show up on the day of departure without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Name changes, date amendments, or trip upgrades requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may incur an amendment fee of ₹500–₹1,500 per change depending on the nature of the amendment.
We reserve the right to make changes to a trip's itinerary, accommodation, or transport due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, natural disasters, government travel advisories, or force majeure events. In such cases:

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a trip without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful.
Miles at Dawn acts as an organiser and coordinator of travel services provided by third parties (hotels, transport, activity providers). We are not liable for:
Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the affected trip.
By travelling with Miles at Dawn, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use photographs or videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures). If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing before the trip begins.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and itineraries — is the intellectual property of Miles at Dawn and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
